1. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders in Italy are shipped free of charge via express delivery. Typical delivery time is 1–4 business days after order processing (1–2 business days). Delivery may vary slightly during holidays or extreme weather.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Boheme ships only within Italy. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

4. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns for 30 days from delivery. All returns have free shipping, no restocking fees, and no final sale items. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

5. Can I exchange a product?

Yes! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it. Contact our support team with your order number and details about the issue.
